The Cleanup Process

This time around the clean up was sub par, compared to the first time. They used my mop to mop the floors, which I didn't mind, had they just asked. They ended up just mopping dirt with water which created an even bigger mess in my opinion. Maybe just be considerate of the customer's things, and ask before using them.
