Comment: This is a rental house. I had the crawl space encapsulated in 2020 but still have issues. Bugs, even though I have orkin out in the past. musty smell. the house was built in 1923. The crawl space door is very small. The crawl space itself is not that bad to get in and around. It is just that door. There is another side of the house that was used for entry but it has been covered up. . My phone does not hold a signal so I can't take calls but can take text messages. I apologize.
