Crawlspace under the entire house with a gravel floor. There is some moisture and water pooling along the east side of the crawlspace as well as a foundation crack on the south edge. There is a sump pump in the crawlspace, but it's just sitting on the ground and seems unlikely to be able to pump out water unless the entire crawlspace fills with water. We don't want to have to worry about mold or rot or other issues with a permanently wet crawlspace. What do we do, and how much would it cost?
