We love Healthy Spaces and will hire them again when we have rental homes that need help!  The waterproofing system they installed was top notch.  It stopped all the leaks and our humidity levels are down.  It doesn’t smell like a basement in our basement anymore.  We’ve had no leaks even when it rains hard and when one of our downspoits clogged and water was coming straite down next to the foundation.

Over the course of the last few years we have taken several measures to increase the energy efficiency of our home. But, much to our disappointment, after the addition of a new high efficiency furnace, attic insulation, and replacement windows, our house developed some very serious ventilation problems. We began to smell several different offensive odors. When we inspected the crawlspace, we found a very wet crawlspace floor, condensation on our duct work, and mold on our floor joists. At that point we knew that our crawlspace was a major component of our air quality woes. We began to frantically research such problems on the Internet and soon discovered that there are a myriad of disagreeing ideas on how to deal with a troubled crawlspace. Likewise, we discovered a number of contractors advertising that they could cure a sick crawlspace. The compilation of the smell of the house, allergy reactions, and so many decisions to make was very perplexing and stressful. Tired of the search and ready for relief, I chose a contractor from the phone book and set up an appointment that led to a signed contract to repair our problems. However, after spending thousands of dollars on the contractor that I chose, we ended up with little or no improvement. And, in some ways, we were even worse off after their work was done. Our already high level of stress increased exponentially. That's when we called Healthy Spaces. I was impressed that Healthy Spaces began the process of negotiating a deal by helping to educate us about the nature of the problem. Additionally, we were able to inspect the materials that would be used to fix our problem. Once again we signed a contract with a crawlspace improvement company. But this time things were different. The salesperson that expressed a genuine concern for us prior to the sale, exhibited that same concern throughout the entire process of encapsulating the crawlspace. Every time we asked questions, we received answers. The men that did the work were courteous and professional. Every single promise that Indiana Crawlspace made came to fruition. While other contractors were quick to boast of a high degree of customer service, Indiana Crawlspace (Healthy Spaces) demonstrated customer service throughout the course of their work. Healthy Spaces did a great job waterproofing our basement to get ready to finish it. They got the job done on time in 3 days. The team was very professional and friendly. They even brought our empty trash can back to our house on trash day! I would highly recommend Healthy Spaces to anyone!

Chris came out to our house to help us with some flooding and mold issues.  He was a nice guy and really went slowly to make sure that I understood what was going on.  The installation team was patient and super friendly.  They cleaned up real nice too!  My favorite part of the whole system is the Sanidry beause my basement smells so fresh now and not like my old basement at all!

I chose Healthy Spaces because they just had a good reputation and seemed to nice. They are very good and knowledgable and they cleaned out all the mess after they finished. UPDATE: The basement waterproofing system has worked perfectly! No flooding and no moisture. Damon, the sales guy, is top notch in my book!

Jimmy was friendly, courteous, nice and he did an absolute great job. We were so impressed; he took his shoes off when he came in. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to explain everything to us. We are very impressed with the work and Healthy Spaces did an awesome job.

Thanks for installing the pump system. Everything looks great and I am shocked at how quiet the pump system is.  I even asked Daniel if the pump was really working because I am used to really noisy pumping sounds.  This one is so quiet!  I love it!

Healthy Spaces put in basement system, jackhammered up floor perimeter, put in drain system, sump system, recemented floor.  Overall, very well. Damon came initially and was extremely thorough in accessing our situation. Spent 2 and 1/2 hours taking measurements, drawing it out on CAD ,and running the estimate. We felt like he had an accurate view of our problems. We also had B-Dry give an estimate, which was higher and not as thorough in our opinion. There were a couple of communication glitches, on which day they would start and when an air conditioning drain line was disconnected from our old sump system without us knowing, causing some standing water for a day, but all was rectified and received a call from management that they would pay to have a plumber make it right. So far far we have a dry basement! Once the system was installed it did take about 5 days even with a dehumidifer for the cement to cure. It's not a complaint but something to be aware of if you are on a time table. We would recommend them to anyone!

I was quite impressed with the knowledge of rectifying a moisture intrusion issue in the crawl space of a residence and the escalated level of customer service that was given to the Realtor, the Seller, and the incoming Buyers of a property. All members of the Healthy Spaces Team diligently worked long hours to make certain each party was satisfied with the system and to guarantee that we met our closing deadline. Last week we had our entire basement waterproofed and encapsulated by Healthy Spaces. The crew was extremely friendly and very courteous. They did mold remediation and waterproofed our basement.  They were wonderful! They got rid of the mildew smell that had been there for 30 years!  

Management, From my very first contact with Healthy Spaces,I was impressed with the courtesy, concern, and professionalism of your team. I enjoyed working first with Jim Schafer who inspected our crawlspace. Although I didn't like the report, I knew it was thorough, honest, and something that needed to be done. Next was a young man who came to our home to treat inside and outside.Although I don't remember his name, he also was thorough and courteous.
