Needed work done on our crawl space in our 50. Todd inspected the crawl and thoroughly explained all my options. I liked the flexibility in the options he shared and his professional assessment of our needs. I was still in the process of choosing a company, and Todd was good about calling me back to see how my search was going. We set up a couple of days for the work to be done in the next week once I decided to go with BSI.

The crew led by Joe did a great job completing the work and showing me what they had done and cleaning up each day and answering my questions. All three workers were friendly and courteous. In a day and a half, they installed a sump pump, dehumidifier, encapsulation material, wall insulation, 2 steel jacks with a steel beam, pier wraps, and a sister beam.

Overall, very happy with the process from beginning to end and recommend BSI to anyone looking to improve their crawl.
