The service that we have received from Basement Systems of Indiana has been amazing. From the sales associate and inspector Eric, who explained the science behind the system, to the wonderful on-site installation crew - Edwin and Reggie, led by the foreman Sai, Basement Systems has made a project that seemed to big and too impossible, a reality in our home. Sai's leadership on the project was invaluable as he was very careful to explain every step of the project to us, taking us periodically to the installation site and showing us what was being installed and explaining how. He is extremely knowledgeable about the system and water and brings a confidence to his work that is very comforting to us as the homeowners. Edwin, Reggie, and Sai were a great team and it was a pleasure having them here for the two short days that it took them to completely install the system. We highly recommend this company and wish that we would have done this project a long time ago. Thank you Basement Systems. Bring on the rain!!!!
