After meeting with Mike Banks, they had a system installed to protect them from further water damage, including WaterGuard, CleanSpace and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. 

Melissa was having issue with high moisture levels in her basement. When she contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems in thought that she needed a waterproofing system, she was told otherwise.
