CleanSpace is a bright, durable vapor barrier for foundation walls. It is a fast, economical installation that is installed with permanent drilled-in fasteners. It stops water vapor from running throughout the walls. It is a washable surface that can be cleaned if it becomes stained or marked. It also can conform to any type of foundation walls, even bumpy or stone.

The homeowners of this crawl space in Decorah wanted a dryer and healthier crawl space. The MidAmerica Basement Systems team applied spray foam to the sill plates to better insulate the space. They also installed drainage matting and a CleanSpace liner. Now the homeowners have a space that isolated from the earth and is healthier.
