Dawn has lived in her home for over 30 years and recently noticed that her basement was getting some water. The water concerned her and she feared potential mold. When another company failed to offer her an option she thought was realistic she contacted MidAmerica Basement Systems. After Design Specialist Dan Garner educated her on all of her options and gave her the best option for her home, she decided to have a WaterGuard System installed in her home. WaterGuard is a system that allows the water to drain from the perimeter of the home.

Now Jeffery can trust finishing his basement with a waterproofing system, and wall paneling that is meant for damp and moist environments.
Emily had an older home with a limestone foundation. During heavy rains, water would seep in through the walls. She didn’t think there was a way to fix her leaking walls until her friend recommended MidAmerica Basement Systems. She was offered a CleanSpace Wall system to create a vapor barrier from the leaking walls. Water would then properly trickle down the wall and into a WaterGuard system to be redirected to a TripleSafe sump. Emily no longer finds visible water after it rains, in her basement.
David was having issues with water seeping in through the wall and floor joints of his basement and decided to reach out to MidAmerica Basement Systems. He was offered a waterproofing system that used WaterGuard and CleanSpace Liner. WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the basement to collect the seeping water along the joints. Due to the walls and floor being poured as a whole, weep holes were drilled into the walls to allow for water to come in, and CleanSpace Liner was installed over top the holes. CleanSpace acts a moisture barrier, aiding in the collecting of water to redirect the water to the WaterGuard. Water now properly flows towards the sump pump to be discharged out to the basement, leaking the area dry.
