The homeowner of this crawl space in Rock Island was dingy, dark and causing unpleasant odors so they reached out to the team at MidAmerica Basement Systems. The team capped the vent with a vent cover and sealed the crawl space with CleanSpace liner. The crawl space looks and feels great! 

This homeowner in Rock Island was experiencing water leaks in the basement so the MidAmerica Basement Systems team was contacted. The basement was waterproofed with the installation of a WaterGuard subfloor drainage system and a SuperSump pump system. The homeowner now has a basement protected from leaks!

Bowing walls not only cause leaking foundation, but also pose threat to a unstable structure. GeoLock Wall Anchors is a system that address both leaking and bowing walls. The system allows for the walls to become stable and tightened. Over time, the tightening can produce straightening results to the wall, closing the foundation cracks and gaps. CleanSpace was placed over the walls to act as a water barrier from any moisture that would seep into the foundation. WaterGuard was placed along the base of the floor to capture any moisture that enter, to direct it to the sump pump system.

This WaterGuard trench is very nicely jackhammered out and the replacement of concrete is just as great.
