The office staff was friendly and on all contacts after the first remembered location, problem when called, and other details - relational. The representative was businesslike, analytical, and explained system well. The method for making an older basement dry was more appealing than rebuilding or outside solutions. I was pleased with the workers' respect and care of our home - protecting flooring and doorways when moving supplies and equipment. 

Eric was excellent! He was very helpful in solving our water problems! We were very pleased from start to finish! Just waiting for rain to see how it works!
