Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. Kenny explained everything as far as what needed to be done. He also made sure that we knew exactly how the process was coming along as he worked.

Tim Lopez was quick, efficient, and professional. He explained what needed to be done, and did the job quickly. He had parts to replace a main sump pump right in his truck which meant there was not another trip to fix the issue.  He cleaned up so well, I didn't even know he had been there.

I appreciated getting a call from Nate letting me know he was on his way on the service call date. He did an outstanding question of answering all of my questions. We had never lived in a house with a sump pump and he very thoroughly answered my questions, as well as showed me what he was talking about. This was very much appreciated. Previous owners had sump pumps installed by MidAmerica Basement and we were following up with yearly maintenance check. Very impressed overall with everyone we worked with from making the appointment through the service call.

Mike Banks was professional and explained the project to us. He returned a second time to clearify some of our questions.  Justin Reger was very conscientious and together with his crew did an outstanding installation.  We chose your company because of an advertisement. After completion of the project we feel satisfied that we used your company.

The 1st part of my job I am VERY happy with. The entire crew was courteous, clean, quietly worked and pleasant to talk to. Besides the noise from the jack hammer, I didn't know they were here. My sister recommended MAB as she had extensive work done on her crawl space and was very happy. Also my neighbor used to work for the company and said you do good work.

Justin Bailey did a great job with the install. He was professional the whole time showing and explaining things to me. He is an asset to your company. I appreciated the low pressure sales from your staff.

I chose MidAmerica, because Cole did such a good job with his presentation. After he came, I cancelled all other estimates. I am completely happy with the Installation.   Dillon provided A+ service. He communicated well with all items that were needed, or that would not be completed and gave a thorough explanation of what work he completed and items that needed to be finished.  Both Dillon and his helper Corey did an excellent job of cleaning up all work spaces. Would prefer both of them to work on any job of mine again.

You did what I wanted without being pushy. Chris was knowledgeable and personable. Sherry was great and helpful via the phone. She was very courteous. The crew was very courteous and friendly as well. Overall, I am very happy with the work done and the company.
