This customer purchased their home back in September and has plans of selling it in a few years to make a profit. In order to do that he had to do something about his failing foundation walls. This homeowner has been worrying about his foundation walls at least once a day for the last 50 years. His basement walls are cracking and bowing in multiple places due to the outside soil expanding.
