What made you choose our company:

Our Experience: We chose to install the TripleSafe sump system and the project was scheduled for November 16th. The work crew, led by Paul, called us in advance and were on site by 9:30am as planned. Paul and his helper (sorry I don't remember his name) were both very professional and diligent in performing the work. Near the end of the install, Paul said to me that he had been calling the electrician and his manager because he noted on the contract that we were supposed to have an electrical drop installed at the same time. Paul said that the electrician did not have our project on his schedule and that he was tied up until after Thanksgiving. When Paul told me of this I called the main office and spoke to the receptionist and she said that the project team manager would call me back; he never did that day. Paul completed his portion of the job and briefed me on the system and said that I should receive a call back by his boss or the electrician. Bobby Miles followed up personally and the electrical work was scheduled immediately and the work was completed very quickly. The expert sales person, Mike, the expert installation by Paul, and the follow up by the President are examples of why we chose the Basement Doctor...everything we had read about the company was true and happened for us.
