I just want to say a word about Michael's service visit today. He called to let me know that he was on the way and when to expect him. He explained what was involved in the service call and verified what services I wanted done. After he'd finished up, he took time to clearly explain to me what he had found , what changes he had made, and why. As he was writing up my invoice, I remembered something else that I wanted to have looked at - the exterior vent covers placed during my installation were never secured on all 4 corners and some had begun popping loose. He agreed that this was a problem and took the extra time to fix the problem. Michael was pleasant and professional throughout, a fine representative for your company.
