Customer was selling home and needed to get the mold and moisture under control in the crawlspace. Our first step was a Full Mold Remediation then we went along to install a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Smart Pipe, SmartSump Pump with Floor Alarm and new crawlspace vents and a door.

Customer was trying to be proactive, wanted to remodel the basement but worried if once finished, would he have to worry about water intrusion and ruining the newly finished basement. To help put his mind at ease we came out and tore out all the old drywall and installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard, upgraded their current sump pump to a Triple Safe Sump with a Battery BackUp, IceGuard and a LawnScape Outlet.

This job required that we remove the bottom of the moldy drywall so that a waterproofing system could be installed.  We also installed a TripleSafe sump system that can pump over 6000 gallons of water and has a battery back-up pumping system.  We never use drywall to restore the wall because it is too vulnerable to mold and water damage.  Basement Systems only uses inorganic TBF EverLast wall that comes with a 50 year guarantee against water or mold damage.   

This homeowner was experiencing water and moisture within her dirt crawl space. Our team encapsulated the crawl space for her and included a pump for inside the space. This pump was connected to the shown discharge line to expel any collected water.

Customer had a crawlspace that was damp 24/7 and feared mold would start to grow any day. Our solution to this problem was to install a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Drainage Matting a SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep moisture and humidity inside the crawlspace to a minimum, SmartDrains which water directed through this ball in cup design is drained beneath the space into a bed of gravel which allows the water to go into a dry well and seep into the soil below. We also installed a SmartSump with Floor alarm which will sound anytime water passes through to warn you of water in the crawlspace.
