Check out this basement transformation in New Castle, DE! This homeowner reported seeing puddles of water in their basement, which can happen during heavy rainfall. WaterGuard will catch any water that seeps in through the walls and floors, and drain it to the SuperSump Pump where it will be safely pumped away from the home. Water was entering the customers Finished Basement through their Egress Window and if left unattended, this could have turned into an extremly costly nightmare for these homeowners. To help keep the basement dry, we installed a Triple Safe Sump pump which will pump any water entering the basement, to our Lawnscape Underground Pipe that directs the water out and away from the house. 

This customer was looking for some nice, clean dry healthy space in the basement. We installed our pattented ThermalDry flooring along with ZenWall vapor barrier and a few new windows to replace the old glass block. 

For this customer, he had an issue of water seeping down through the ground and then intruding into the basement through the back wall. We came out and installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard and a Triple Safe Sump Pump.
