This customer reached out to us because they were interested to have a finished open space, an exercise area, and a full bath installed. They chose to invest in Total Basement Finishing (TBF) waterproofing and mold resistant products which included the TBF wall system, flooring, and an egress window. We were able to transform this basement into a beautiful, healthy usable space!

This customers had a large basement project, from mold remediation to basement waterproofing and window upgrades, we did it all. 

Here we upgraded their standard basement window to our EverLast Basement Window.

This customer was in the process of renovating their Philly home and was looking to add an Egress in their basement. An egress is not only a way to safely exit the basement in case of an emergency but Egress windows also allow in a lot of natural lighting. 

This Egress window was installed in an old Philadelphia row home. The customer currently had 1 small window in his finished basement that he wanted to turn into an Egress to bring everything up to code. We came out and installed our 27 x 45 In-Swing Egress window with metal egress well and cover. 

The Egress at this Philadelphia rental property was poorly designed and was causing water to leak into the basement. This is where we came in. We came out to the property and replaced the existing egress and well with our 48x48 Slider Egress window with a 72" deep Boman Kemp window well and grate cover.
