From the moment I started with the process it was great

My initial conversations were with Sarah and she was great and had amazing follow up as the computers were down the first time I called in due to one of the many storms we had this winter. I also worked with Erin and Nathan and their follow-up and professionalism was equally as great as Sarah's.

Pat is a rock star and knows his stuff. He gave me a call prior to coming so I was prepared for his visit and he has a great presence about himself. He was right on time for our meeting and was extremely thorough going over every single option. Pat is knowledgeable and was prepared to discuss everything and answer all my questions. He had his laptop showing me everything we would be doing and didn't make it a hard sell. He was easy to work with and his follow up after the sale has been incredible.

I'm going to go on record and say I probably had the best of the best from Dryzone Basement Solutions. It was a three man team headed up by Emilio and his assistants Carlos and Andrew were all fantastic. Emilio came right in and had the plan on how he was going to tackle my basement. He was confident and was doing everything in my best interest even if it meant spending more time working in the basement. His personality is only matched by the depth of knowledge he brings. Throughout the day he kept me updated to what was going on and always had a smile on his face. The guys worked equally as hard as Emilio and they had to contend with a full day of rain and snow. The basement came out looking great. After the installation they tested the system several times to ensure everything worked and also to ensure there were no leaks in any pipe fittings across the basement. After reviewing everything they were courteous and thanked me for being a customer.

The clean-up process was wonderful. They left my basement cleaner than when they got there. They taped the door and the vents to ensure the dust didn't penetrate into the rest of the house.
