Eric was very professional and efficient. Made sure we had no questions unanswered. Made suggestions about rim joist sealing and removal of old ceiling Insulation. Both jobs I had been considering. This was our first check and cleaning of our sump pumps and battery backup and dehumidifier. Eric found no problems, changed the dehumidifier filter. All set until next year.
