I just wanted to say that we are very satisfied. Initially we were hesitant when we first started researching the company. But after meeting with the sales representative and then experiencing the professionals that came to do the work, we were very impressed.

Just wanted to say that Andy was great. No pressure, just information. Because there was no pressure, we felt better about choosing the solution.

Our Installation Crew

Again, they were the best, We ere initially told that the job probably would take 2 days, and that's what we planned for. They even mentioned that it could take three due to our access to the basement was complicated.

But the crew that showed up was professional, quick, clean and very good. We were very impressed. They finished that day! When they left we wouldn't have even known they were there accept for the work they did. They did a fantastic job.

What made you choose our company:

It was a combination of three things. The guarantee was the strongest. The second was the fact that you would come in and do the work in a brief time period. Others solutions that we had researched said that they would take longer and couldn't guarantee that they would be available to do the work in a reasonable period of time. We might had to wait months for them to come do the work. The third was the price. We actually were a bit surprised when we were told how much it would cost. For what you were offering we expected a bit higher. Other solutions we looked at were a little less expensive, but couldn't offer the guarantee, the work timeline the you could. And they also didn't have the reviews to backup their work.
