Boston, MA 02116. basement is 2/3 full, 1/3 crawlspace. crawlspace about 10 ft deep, 16 ft wide, accessed through two openings to basement space. appears there is some concrete slab, though it may be discontinuous. space has a fair amount of debris from previous contractors (old pipes, ductwork, bricks etc), so condition is hard to determine. recently had a rat in house which we believe came in through this space. looking for someone to clean space out, plug any entry points, and either add to or repair concrete slab, and/or perhaps install continuous vapor barrier (floor to sidewalls) like in some of the pictures on your website. we are not really concerned about water vapor, but we want the area to be as rodent free as possible and clean and sealed enough that we will see evidence of rodents.
