Ben has a plethora of familiarity with southeastern Michigan thanks to his experience as a home inspector. In 2022 he began Benjamin Crane Inspections. He came to HomeSpec in 2024 as an ICA-certified home inspector and was excited to continue using his skills.

Ben’s goal during inspections is to help customers fix their property forever. He does this by preparing custom solutions for the home’s specific needs and working with the homeowners’ budgets and wishes. When Ben is not helping customers relieve their worries he enjoys hobbies like golfing, kayaking, camping, and spending time with his fiance and son.
