James C

James, who goes by Jim, joined HomeSpec Waterproofing and Foundation Repair four years ago. He brought with him a plethora of experience relating to construction including insurance, restoration, heating, cooling, air sealing, insulation, and new construction framing. Jim is also certified to work with gas lines, electrical, asbestos, and refrigerants.

Most days consist of Jim communicating with the HomeSpec office, homeowners, and training and updating his crew. He enjoys the level of difficulty in this field as it is not a job that everyone can do. To Jim, it feels great to be someone who does an important job and leaves homeowners happy with their completed projects. When he is not helping his team and home, Jim enjoys golfing, racing, and spending time with his grandchildren.
