Michael joined the HomeSpec crew three years ago. He climbed the ladder from crew member to apprentice foreman to his current position. As a foreman, his biggest goal is to run jobs with crewmates as proficiently as possible. He ensures that an open line of communication is maintained with the homeowners and with project managers to keep things operating smoothly.

Michael enjoys being able to visit new places every week as HomeSpec helps homes from the Ohio border to Michigan’s thumb. However, he appreciates the company culture even more. HomeSpec has developed into a family to keep him company when he is away from home. Off the clock, Michael spends time with his son and plays golf during the warm months.
