Last year we found mold and had it remediated. This year the mold is back (our initial contractor has a 5-year warranty so they will remediate) Our house is humid all the time, it's miserable. Our wood floors expand and contract so much throughout the seasons that the cracks get sharp. We're combating mold in the house too. Books, clothes, and leather items - all from humidity and the crawl space's issues. It is "sealed" but it's so dirty down there. We most likely need to reseal it, put in a dehumidifier, etc. We request distancing and masks for the estimate due to the health issues within our family.
