This St Clair homeowner contacted Complete Basement Systems when she was getting water in her finished basement.  Our production team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System along with an insulated wall system for her 1/2 basement walls.

A customer from St. Clair, MN reached out about some issues in the basement of their newly bought house. They noticed cracks in the foundation and evidence of moisture problems. Our System Design Specialist, Ronald, checked it out and found that a WaterGuard system would be the perfect fit for this home. Along with the CleanSpace Wall System and a SuperSump Sump Pump with an UltraSump battery backup, this homeowner can feel confident that their new place is well-protected.

This Blue Earth home had moisture issues and the homeowners noticed that the foundation walls were buckling. The homeowners had been doing research on options on how to fix the problem. We were happy when they stopped by our office to talk about the problem and we set them up with a FREE inspection and estimate.

Our System Design Specialist Ryan went to evaluate the situation. Together they concluded a perimeter drain tile system, new sump pump system and foundation support was needed to permanently protect their home.

WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation to keep ground water from seeping through the floor and work with a new SuperSump Pump System to discharge water out of the basement.  PowerBrace zinc coated beams were installed on the block foundation walls to prevent further wall buckling.  

This couple in Forest Lake had quite the sump pump system originally.  The original system was simply an open hole in the ground, with a low-quality retail sump that just sat right in the hole.  Needless to say, it didn't solve the problem.

The new system that Ben and his team installed is completely sealed, and the water is able to get to the sump and out of the house without any leaks.  And, as an added bonus, it looks a whole lot better too!
