Complete Basement Systems was one of the only companies in my area who advertised they could do crawlspaces. They sent out a nice book describing common issues with crawlspaces, so it was obvious they were experienced with our type of crawlspace. From the moment I called, the person in the office seemed genuinely interested in what I needed and asked numerous questions to make sure they could help with our problems. When Tim came out to talk about the job, he was sincere and spent the time to really listen to us. We originally couldn't afford to do the repairs when we first had him come out, but he never made us feel bad. When we came up with financing and were more prepared to get the work done, Tim came back out and got the ball rolling. I had work done on my basement in Delano, MN June 2016. I worked with Dylan who helped me come up with a plan that fit not only my needs by my price range. Blake was the Foreman who did a great job of overseeing the project and cleaning up afterwards. Dylan also made sure the job was finished by responding to my email immediately. I would use their service again.
