This home was experiencing buckling floors due to moisture issues. Our team was able to install a sump pump to remove and divert the water flow. We also encapsulated under the home to keep the crawl space clean and dry and installed a dehumidifier to maintain moisture-free airflow. A sealed and dry crawl space is the secret to maintaining an energy efficient and healthy home. 

This home in Brookhaven had plastic sheeting down, causing more harm than good. It was trapping moisture in the crawlspace allowing mold and plant life to grow.
