When these homeowners reached out to us they told us that not just crawl space moisture, but standing water had been a problem for a long time. Any time it would rain the crawl space would fill with different spots of water, and the constant mildew smell would just get worse. They tried to solve this with a standard sump pump, but it just couldn't keep up, and the problems continued. They had already done a little research into encapsulations and was hoping we could have someone explain it to them a bit more. We gladly sent out one of our system design specialists, who not only did a thorough inspection of the entire crawl space, but took plenty of extra time to sit down with the curious homeowners and explain the benefits of encapsulation in depth. Fast forward a bit, and now we have our whole system installed under the home doing exactly what they had dreamed about. The underside is sealed and wrapped, and our triplesafe sump pump is doing the job that the last one could not! 

This family home had an open crawlspace that was staying damp and causing moisture problems with the wood under the house. They had it bricked in so we could install our waterproofing encapsulation system. We recommend treating the crawlspace like a space inside the home; sealed off and regulated. This keeps moisture out and dry air in. The homeowners were also able to take advantage of our Same Day Savings Discount, saving them 5% on their job!

This crawlspace has tons of water in it due to a drainage problem. This left the home susceptible to condensation in the crawlspace which causes the floors to rot, a musty smell, and many more issues. We were able to pump all the water out and lay our CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation system to prevent from these problems from occurring in the future.

This crawlspace was set right above our 12" benchmark to install an encapsulation. Anything under 12" is too low for our guys and products to get under. 

This house originally had lattice work wrapped around the perimeter of the crawlspace, leaving it susceptible to outside air. Thankfully, the homeowner had this bricked in, in anticipation of the encapsulation. Once this was done, our guys came out and installed our encapsulation system utilizing the sump pump, dehumidifier, drainage matting, and 20 mil liner. Now this crawlspace will be able to dry out without the influence of humidity and ground water seepage.

The crawl space was low and tight, but we were still able to do what we needed to do to make sure this home stays protected against all forms of moisture. In the after image, you'll see our durable CleanSpace Liner that has been laid across the entire crawl space and its supports, acting as a shield against the ground water that came from the once fully exposed soil.
