The primary goal of our heavy duty foundation piers is to permanently stabilize homes in a safe position, but there is a potential for lift as well! Check out how this crack was closed after our work was done. This customer's home is now stabilized and settlement is no longer a worry, which is always our primary goal. Fortunately, we were also able to achieve some lift on this home, resulting in this window separation sealing up very nicely.
