One of our clients in Helena had problems with water in their crawlspace.  We installed a drainage matting under our CleanSpace vapor barrier to protect this crawlspace from future water infiltration.

When ground moisture evaporates into the air of a crawlspace it can cause issues such as mold, wood rot, rust, and musty odors.  In some cases, the excess moisture will cause standing water to appear on the floor of a crawlspace; especially after a heavy rain.  If left unattended, these issues can deteriorate the air quality of your home, the wood framing that supports your home, and even some forms of insulation.
