Second, the pre-appointment materials were extremely helpful in preparing ourselves for the appointment. Finally, the several calls I made to the office with questions were by far the most incredible customer service I have ever experienced. In fact, I told my husband even before our appointment that I wanted to work with this company because the office staff was so great. So, I could only believe that the rest of the team would be just as great. As expected, the job went very well and of my questions were answered. I called Thrasher and sent an email during off business hours when I initially learned of water in the basement of the house my wife and I were scheduled to purchase in less than a week. I then followed up the next morning and was greeted by your courteous staff on the phone who had obviously listened to my message or read the email I sent. The staff worked to get me an estimate in less than 24 hours.

Best presentation by a salesperson . . most detailed and itemized.  Very thorough, professional and enstilled great confidence.  Competition was very poorly presented, bid was sloppily done . . . just hand written with itemization and his solution was not realistic.  The competitor was a little cheaper but everything about the presentation, the salesman, etc. just said "slipshod" to me.  I figure I pay a little more but I have a better value.  I felt much more comfortable and confident with Thrasher than the guy from the competitor.  I think you get what you pay for!

I'm really happy with the system installation in my home. I haven't seen any water since it was installed, and it's such a relief. I'm thrilled that I can now keep my home dry and free from water.

We used Thrasher because we needed waterproofing. Thrasher's sales person stayed in touch, while the other contractor did not return his revised estimate that he had promised.  We had used Thrasher in our old home and had no complaints, plus other people spoke highly of Thrasher.

It was a delight dealing with Carl. He explained things well, answered all my questions, and was very professional. The best thing is they cleaned up after themselves: no pop cups, cans, sunflower seeds, cigarette butts, anythiing. WE have seen it all.  We were impressed by employee conduct. Communication with the customer is what locks up the ability to excel and you have found the key! The emails prior to work date and the phone call saying they are on their way. Thrasher doesn't leave the customer wondering which end is up! Salesman Bob knew his stuff. He isn't out there selling widgets when he really only has whatnots.   Seems like Thrasher has a pretty tight ship!  Which is good given the business you're in!

It leaks in my basement when it rains or the snow melts. The Thrasher crew is here finishing up as I write this. They are doing a fabulous job. It is quite an undertaking but the workers sure know what they are doing. I was anxious before the job was to start. The Team Leader, Julian, came first that day to answer my questions and concerns. His crew members came shortly after that and all three guys started work right away. I was amazed at how much they are doing in such a short time. Now I will be able to use my basement and enjoy it. Thank you so much!

We selected Thrasher because they sounded like a reliable company to fix the problem, and we liked the 35 year guarantee.  The crew was done in about four hours and knew what to do.  The crew leader explained what they were going to do, and when the job was finished, showed me exactly what they had done.  I think you have excellent employees who are very well trained in what to do.  The crew cleaned up the mess very well, and covered everything with plastic.

Had a great meeting today with CJ from Thrasher.  He called twice to touch base before the meeting, arrived on time, was very clear on everything he was doing, and very kind towards my dad.  Gave my dad his cell for him to text him some questions, which is his only way to communicate anymore so that’s awesome.  Just wanted to let you know.
