We chose Thrasher after getting a recommendation from a structural engineer.  You price was competitive, and Tom Bilyeu was thorough, courteous, and informative.

Thrasher did a great job. The guys were very competent, nice and cleaned up after themselves.

Since the job was completed only two days ago it is hard to if all problems were corrected however, I have no reason to think problems will show up. We were very pleased with Jim H. and his crew. We originally got your name from one of your competitors, and we are glad we did!!  You were extremely helpful in explaining the problem, and you knew exactly how to solve and resolve our seemingly unsolvable problem.  You are very fortunate to have such a dedicated crew- every one of them!!  

I had basement walls that were bowing and moving in at the bottom, was concerned about further movement.  Saw an ad on TV and the anchor system looked like a good way to repair it.  The salesperson who came out was knowlegdable about the problem and the solution.  The workers were friendly and did a good job as it looks like a lot of hard work.  They went the extra mile to do everything right.

The anchors were placed quickly yet with attention to detail.  I was very pleased with the job.

The mitigation system installation team was friendly, courteous, and efficient. They made sure I knew what they'd be doing. They worked quickly and showed me what was done when they were finished.

Thank you for your recent work on my home's foundation.  I'd like to express my deep appreciation to all who worked on my home - from Josh, who did the assessment and proposed solutions for me last December; to Ian, Jose, Jose, Connor and Juan; and finally to John and Jason who finished the last two items on Friday and Monday.  Angela and Darlene were also very helpful in answering questions over the phone. The only hitch was Friday morning, when I first heard it raining and ran outside to check the downspouts.  I had forgotten to make sure the front downspout was somehow reattached by either your crew or myself.  I could only make a precarious, temporary placement.  When I called your office about getting a support placed to attach it to, your response was genuine concern (as it was still raining!) and quick action to come by and secure it while I was at work.  Again, thank you.
