We stepped in with a solution that combines technology and durability—installing our WaterGuard system, along with the TripleSafe Sump Pump, enhanced by IceGuard and the SaniDry Sedona for optimal dryness. This homeowner in Hancock, New Hampshire had an issue where water was entering the garage and storage room in their forever home. The homeowners are worried if they wait to fix this issue that the problem will get worse and more expensive. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.

A homeowner in Fitchburg, Massachusetts had concerns regarding her constantly wet basement. Her existing sump pump failing had led to ankle-deep water puddling in corners of the basement and mold growth. With the homeowner's daughter being allergic to mold, it was essential to waterproof the basement.

Our Design Specialist, Mark Proctor, recommended installing our TripleSafe sump pump system. Unlike other sump systems, the TripleSafe is composed of three pumps. When water gets filtered to the sump basin, the first pump is activated to dispose of the unwanted water. When water levels rise, which can occur during heavy rains or snow melting, the second pump is activated to ensure the sump basin doesn't overflow. Lastly, a battery-powered backup pump adds an extra layer of protection in the event of emergency such as a power outage. Additionally, our installation crew installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This eliminates moisture in the basement, promoting healthy air quality by removing mold spores and other toxins.

A resident of Temple, New Hampshire had water seeping into their basement through the bulkhead stairs and was tired of dealing with the issue. They contacted EFS for a free inspection of their basement. Our Design Specialist, Isaac Hernandez, met with the homeowner and suggested installing a SuperSump, WaterGuard, and an Exterior Drainage Line to collect and pump out any water that entered the basement from the bulkhead.
