I don't write reviews very often but Erickson Foundation Supportworks should be the role model for how every service related business should operate. From the initial phone call and subsequent follow ups, Dave went above and beyond helping us figure out the best action plan to fix our foundation dilemma. I am a contractor and deal with a lot of great companies but these folks raised the bar.

Dave, Matt, and Joe were the best! Friendly, knowledgeable and industrious. I'm very happy with the crew's work. Elizabeth and Judy in the office were great to work with as well. I liked Nate's visit, he spent more than an hour here explaining everything. I liked that Nate was able to identify multiple areas for improvement in my foundation and offer those services. Your warranty was important, too. The install guys took me down to the crawlspace to show me their work, I very much appreciate their hard work. 

We just wanted to pass our praise on about the crew that came out to install our radon mitigation system this morning. They were professional, very friendly and personable, and adapted to changes in the design of the system without hesitation. Branden and his crew produced a neat and clean-looking end-product.  On a more personal level, when talking to Branden, he expressed how appreciative he was for EFS and what a great employer they are. As somebody who formerly worked as a technician for a small company, I always like to know that I am supporting a business that values the retention and happiness of their employees. All-too-often companies in today's environment face constant turnover because they are too focused on the bottom line instead of taking care of those upon whose backs that revenue is earned. Our experience would not have turned out the way it did with an inexperienced or unhappy crew Again, I just wanted to thank Branden and the 2 fellows who were with him and I sincerely hope you continue to take good care of them. I'd want them representing my company just the same.

Had Erickson's out to install a radon mitigation system and a sump pump. Everyone from beginning to end was extremely professional and nice. Would highly recommend!

In a desperate situation to mitigate radon quickly or possibly lose buyers, and after 2 other companies had either done a poor job or abandoned the situation. Everyone at Erickson made this happen on time! From Jen S in the office to Branden, Milton, and Cory who showed up and did 4 days of work in 2. They took the time to explain things to me and to the potential buyer and provided the confidence and skill to get this done thoroughly, safely, and effectively. Test revealed levels right where they needed to be. I could not be more pleased or relieved.

Our radon levels prior to your installing our system averaged 6.5. Our radon levels with the system have dropped to an average of 0.7.  Your installers are first class and we are very happy with Erickson. If anyone requests a reference in future please feel free to use us.

Andrew Ahlquist installed a radon system to help lower radon levels below 4.0. The crew arrived on time, was very professional and did great work. My experience from first email through installation was professional, quick and easy.

The concrete patio in the back of our condo had slumped toward the building. Erickson did a very professional job of creating an estimate, (which we found to be reasonable) scheduling the work and showing up on-time and with the right resources. They did a terrific job from beginning to end. They cleanly drilled a few small holes in the slab, carefully injected their foam material, repaired a pre-existing crack, pressure washed, and sealed the slab. Chris and Travis were stars. We are now calling their work our "Brazilian Patio Lift".

We chose Erickson Foundation Supportworks because they use the proper techniques and materials for leveling a sinking foundation. Matt Erickson immediately saw what was causing cracks in one of our walls, was able to show us the problem and what Erickson could do to solve it. The work was done quickly and no further cracking has occurred. The team was pleasant and professional. We have done tons of remodeling over the years and this company is one we would recommend and use again in the future if the need arose.
