A Princeton Junction, New Jersey resident was looking to seal their crawl space from the earth. They contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Javier Romero, provided an inspection and suggested encapsulation. Our foreman, Jonathan Neira, installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which will seal the crawl space from the earth. CleanSpace is carefully fitted to the crawl space and is waterproof, mold-proof, and transforms the area into a usable storage space. The moisture vapor barrier stops water vapor and humidity from coming through the foundation of the home. The concrete floors of this crawl space in Bridgewater, NJ was causing cold floors on the first floor of the home during the winter.
