This homeowner in Wanaque New Jersey was looking to encapsulate and insulate crawl space. Our Quality 1st Basement Systems team installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, which keeps humidity and vapors out of their crawl space. Dirt crawl spaces have many negative effects such as, insects and critters, mold, and cold floors which lead to high heating costs. CleanSpace Liner, Drainage Matting, and SilverGlo were installed in Manakawkin. Moreover, vent covers and the Turtle were installed as well .

SilverGlo insulation is water-resistant and is infused with graphite powder so that it will reflect heat back into the space, therefore heating the rest of the home.

Manahawkin, NJ homeowner had foundation damage after Hurricane Sandy.The foundation had vertical and staircase cracks inside the foundation of the crawl space. System Design Specialist, Mike Jersey, upon inspection found sagging beams inside the crawl space and foundation settlement as well.

SmartJacks were installed inside the crawl space to stabilize the sagging beams and the floor above it. The SmartJacks allow gradual lift of the beams and floor, bringing it back to its original level.
