This crawl space in Toms River, NJ had standing water, high humidity and moisture, so the homeowner gave Quality 1st Basement Systems a call. System Design Specialist, Jack Huntsman inspected the crawl space and recommended a Vapor Barrier System that would seal the crawl space off from water and prevent humidity and moisture build up. The CleanSpace liner is a moisture barrier that will protect the crawl space as well as the foundation of the home. The liner is so durable that it wont rip or tear when entering or existing the crawl space. Quality 1st was able to transform this homeowners wet, damp crawl space into a clean, dry area that is perfect for storage. 

A Toms River, NJ homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basements because of the moisture and water in their crawl space. Upon inspection, our System Design Specialist found a lot of moisture and mildew creating a nasty and unhealthy environment inside the crawl space. 

Foreman Juan Garcia and his crew fully encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal it off from water and moisture that could cause harm to the crawl space and the foundation of the home. To prevent cold air from entering the home, the crew installed a Heat Barrier, SilverGlo. This was installed on the floors to keep the heat inside the crawl space to prevent frozen pipes and cold floors.

The homeowner no longer has to worry about water in their crawl space even during heavy rains.

System Design Specialist, Phil Matthews, met with a homeowner in Toms River, NJ about concerns they had in their basement when noticing water marks and efflorescence on the walls. From time to time they noticed the basement walls would get damp and a little water seepage would form  on the floor. They wanted to protect their basement and prevent water and mold growth in their basement. 

Phil designed a solution that would best the basements needs and the homeowners goal. To prevent moisture and water seepage on the walls, Phil recommended our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Not only does it create a clean and bright appearance in the basement but directs all water seepage straight down to the WaterGuard French Drain System which then flows into the Sump Pump.
