Was wonderful. Explained the entire process, what squirrels' habits are, and what was likely to happen.Tom did a thorough inspection (inside and out) and proceeded to set up the trapping. In fact, he spotted another area of siding that I wasn't even aware of that seemed to have been chewed by squirrels. He covered that up with metal and sealed it. This way, he said, they didn't have an alternative way in or out.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter with reference to Cowley’s Pest Control. For nearly 5 years Cowley’s has been our exclusive contractor for pest control services at our three locations, including our newest and most recent addition of a I million square foot facility in Freehold, NJ. Having come to know both Drew and Bill on a personal and professional level, I can honestly say their honesty, level of integrity, and service have been unparalleled and they will remain with the Transportation Concepts family for many more years to come.

I called Cowley's and they scheduled the inspector out, Tom W. was at my home within the hour and determined we had carpet beetles.   Tom called the office and scheduled for a technican to come out and treat Jarrod arrived within an hour. I have the Home Protection Service for several years and I am always happy with the service but today the service was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!

I have been using Cowleys for years, they have always quickly responded to our calls, their technicians are knowledgeable and never fail to resolve the problem, whether it was ants or termites or rodents, and they always follow up to be sure that we're satisfied with their service.

I called the office at 7:31 am on 2/22/19 and Jill was able to schedule Scott out to my home right away.  He was super informative and patient with me.
