Here’s a look at how easily our CleanSpace system can fit into any basement or crawl space with no intrusion whatsoever. It doesn’t matter how old or new your basement or crawl space is, nor what the walls are made of, CleanSpace covers it all. Comprised of 4-layers of Polyethylene, CleanSpace is super durable and water resistant, acting as a highly effective vapor barrier for your home. No longer will seeping water be an issue, causing musty air quality that spreads throughout the rest of the house. 

This customer kept experiencing water leakage in their crawlspace that was puddling on the ground as well as issues with condensation. The source of the water was determined to be from leaks from the pipes or sewage, so our foreman, Daniel, came up with a plan that would ensure water would be the least of their worries!

CleanSpace—a durable, reliable vapor barrier, is typically used on walls—but if the area in question is a crawl space or an unused basement, then it can also be spread on the floor to block moisture from coming up through the ground. This 4-layer polyethylene vapor barrier is the perfect choice to keep moisture to a minimum in your home!

This crawlspace had humidity and moisture problems as well as fiberglass insulation falling down and creating a mess. The homeowner was looking for a solution to prevent moisture and odors from coming into the home, as well as an efficient insulation solution. Our Foreman Sean installed CleanSpace vapor barrier along with SilverGlo insulation barrier to do just that. The homeowner also chose to have a SaniDry Sedona installed to help control the humidity and particles in the air beneath their home.
