Chris Larson was very informative and was patient with our questions. He answered all of our questions fully. We were drawn to this company because of the biodegradable fungicide used. I didn't need to use them because I didn't have mold, it was wood rot. I found this out when Doug came and inspected the walls for me. I'm glad I didn't have mold, but if I did, I would definitely have used them. Doug was knowledgeable and very helpful. I may use them for other projects later on.

There was no deviation from the price quoted. The price was within the national average and below the regional average for my area. They quoted 18 to 20 gallons of product, and they used 19.
