Before and after we encapsulated this crawl space.

Before and after we installed CleanSpace Wall system along with our basement waterproofing system and dehumidifier. 

Healthy Basement Systems drained a flooded basement in Bellport, NY and successfully waterproofed it to prevent further damage. 

The client advised that the wall opposite the existing sump pump in the basement had been leaking since she purchased the house.  Water was also leaking through three aging basement windows.

Healthy Basement Systems installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, which has a main pump, a second backup pump, and a battery operated pump which turns on automatically during a power outage.   We then installed three new TripleSafe SaniDry windows.  Existing mold was successfully treated with CleanStart Plus.

We also installed TrenchDrains and WaterGuards around the basement perimeter to drain any water to the TripleSafe pump; also installing LawnScape and IceGuard to ensure proper water drainage during various seasons and weather changes.

The client was thrilled with her new SaniDry Sedona de-humidifier, which keeps her basement dry and comfortable all year round.  "And I like that if I want to have the basement finished at a later time, everything is made to be compatible with each other," she said.
