Alan has extensive knowledge of the home building and renovation industry, with over 45 years of construction experience. Through hands on experience in all phases of construction, he is an expert on the structure and engineering of houses. Alan was a former small business owner with experience in custom home building and remodeling, as well as over 16 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the Modular Home Industry.

Alan is a great addition to our team at Dale Giraudin’s Basement System of New York. He enjoys meeting with homeowners to provide them with the absolute best solutions for their home issues. Alan also caters to the immediate needs of builders and contractors who are under tight deadlines for new construction projects.

From concrete leveling to complete foundation waterproofing, whether it is a commercial or residential building, Alan’s knowledge helps provide customers the best solutions with our patented products and services.

In his free time Alan loves gardening, woodworking, and enjoying outdoor
activities with his wife, childern, and ten grandchildren.
