This customer was tired of having water in the basement of her 100 year old home in Baldwinsville. She decided it was time to make an upgrade and be done with water once and for all!

She made the call to Woodford Brothers. Our Customer care team sent our Design Specialist out to her home for an inspection. After a thorough and detailed estimate was provided and explained on the same day as the inspection, a crew was scheduled to perform the work.

Now the basement will be dry permanently and backed by a warranty that means something. For good measure, the basement air quality is controlled thanks to an upgrade from a dehumidifier to a Sanidry Sedona basement Air System.

This Baldwinsville home was built in 1814. The home owner has been living in this over 100 year old home for around 30 years. His basement floors had been getting wet more often recently. When he heard about Woodford Brothers and our free estimates he decided to call the office to schedule an appointment with a Design Specialist. The day of the appointment Design Specialist, Joe, took careful measurements and assessed the situation. He drew up the options and presented them to the home owner. Once a plan was in place, an installation date was scheduled. The day of the installation came and Foreman Zach and his crew made quick work of installing the Drytrak system with a TripleSafe sump.
