Tim was very helpful and flexible with his schedule. I am so appreciative of being able to meet with him on such short notice.

Overall the experience was good, though there seemed to be some uncertainty with what work was to be completed upon initial arrival.

Cleanup was mostly satisfactory. There were, however, a couple of issues I noticed after the crew was finished. We have a small stepladder used to access the space where the work was done, and there was clearly some product used in the repair that dripped on the ladder and floor and has dried hard to it. Additionally, we had a dumpster in our driveway for some unrelated home improvements. Some materials were put into the dumpster without checking in with me first. Only certain things can be put into the dumpster, and we will eventually be paying for the dumpster based on weight. I needed to remove the bucket (with dried product) from the dumpster and dispose of it elsewhere. While I understand the inclination to use the dumpster, I would have preferred someone on the crew checked in with me about it first, as I was in the home during the work and available to speak with throughout.
