Did an excellent job, on time, respectful but left sawdust on the floor that I had to sweep, no a lot but some
Helpful, explained the service
Called to tell me he had used the wrong formula and I had to pay the difference. When I called the office to explain they said they would make it right; The sales person then called to tell me the difference would be taken out of his commission. Yes sorry for him but he needed to do it correctly the first time.
Introduced themselves, listened when I ask them to make sure the outside door was completely closed so chipmunks couldn't slip in. They LISTENED!!!
As I mentioned before left sawdust that I needed to clean up, not a big deal, but would have been if I had any physical problems
