I had one other estimate that was similar to yours, but your 5% discount made a difference plus you accepted a credit card and my credit card gives me a cash back bonus. The day after your crew finished the job we had over 2 1/2 inches of rain. The basement did not flood! Previously we would have had 8” or more of water in the basement. There was a small puddle of water. But there was some water on the basement floor before your crew started the work from an earlier storm and it may have still been some of that
