Due to scheduling problems with both my schedule and that of your crew the job took longer to complete than expected.

Sales Process
Andy Ryan was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. We had a false start due to a change in field conditions, but Andy took it in stride., We then selected a different waterproofing solution and started over. You returned our initial deposit promptly when our plans changed, and we made a second deposit for the work. All was handled very professionally and in order.
Our Installation Crew
Josh Taft and his crew were great to work with, polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was a well identified sewer line that was broken on the second day of work that was quickly repaired. The crew did well, under difficult time constraints and I would have them back again for other work. Josh is a good foreman and represents your company well.
The Cleanup Process
The work took longer than anticipated due to weather and the sewer line break. As such clean-up was rushed after long days and not up to the standards I would normally expect. I totally understand the situation. It was what it was, and the crew did their best. I accepted and signed off on the clean-up to be fair to the crew.
