This home in Candor, NY have a mobile home that was in need of help to make it more comfortable for elderly homeowners. The underside was in rough shape, with the fiberglass batts having fallen down over time and increased the amount of air that was seeping into the mobile home.

After repairing some of the really bad spots, we sprayed 3 inches of our closed cell spray foam to the underside of the home. This home will now be properly insulated for these homeowners and they can enjoy their home again.

The basement of this home in Lockwood, NY had some basement work done as part of a larger project.

In the basement, we sprayed the rim joist with 3 inches of closed cell foam.  Along with the rest of the project, this will contribute to making the home considerably more comfortable.

This home already had some very old cellulose in the attic. It had been blown around from wind due to a lack of air sealing when it was initially installed, when we took a look at this home we also noticed that there wasn't a very adequate amount of insulation to make a difference. We air sealed the attic, making sure those small gaps and air leaks are resolved going forward, and blew TruSoft Cellulose and make sure the attic was now completely air sealed and insulated. 

This home was built in the early 1900's. The foundation was clearly made of laid stone and it was the one of the leakiest basements ever. The home above was extremely uncomfortable year round and the heating and cooling bills were outrageous. We took care of the homeowner and made sure that they won't have to worry about their basement anymore. The encapsulation system will drastically change their quality of living within the home. 

This mobile home was extremely cold and drafty. There was no insulation at all in the whole trailer. We proposed to spray foam the underside of the home to keep everything warmer and to keep their pipes from freezing again. Now the homeowner is much more comfortable and they will be able to relax, being more comfortable in their home even in the dead of winter.
